- Students must arrive at the test center at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time.

- Late arrivals may be denied entry, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered for free mock tests.

1.6 Code of Conduct
- Students must adhere to the rules and regulations of the test center, including but not limited to:
- No use of unauthorized materials during the test.
- No disruptive behavior.
- Compliance with instructions from test center staff.
- Any form of malpractice (e.g., cheating, impersonation) will result in immediate disqualification and a permanent ban from future mock tests on AlwaysIELTS.
1.7 Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Students may cancel or reschedule their mock test booking up to 48 hours before the test date.
- Failure to attend the test without prior cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the free mock test opportunity.
- AlwaysIELTS and test centers are not obligated to provide refunds or compensation for no-shows.

- Test centers must register with AlwaysIELTS and meet the platform’s quality and credibility standards to offer free mock tests.

- Feedback charges must be clearly communicated to students before purchase, and no hidden fees are permitted.
- Test centers are solely responsible for the quality and delivery of feedback services.

- Test centers must report any incidents of malpractice, misconduct, or technical issues to AlwaysIELTS within 24 hours of occurrence.
- Test centers must maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback services provided.
- Test centers found violating this policy or providing substandard services may be removed from the AlwaysIELTS platform.
2.5 Compensation and Revenue
- Test centers will not receive payment from AlwaysIELTS for administering free mock tests.
- Revenue for test centers is generated through paid feedback services and other value-added offerings.
- Test centers must ensure that their pricing for feedback services is reasonable and competitive.
3. Policy for AlwaysIELTS
3.1 Role and Responsibility
- AlwaysIELTS acts as a mediator between students and test centers, facilitating the booking and administration of free mock tests.
- AlwaysIELTS is not responsible for the quality, administration, or outcomes of mock tests conducted by test centers.
3.2 Student Support
- AlwaysIELTS will provide customer support for booking-related queries, technical issues, and general assistance.
- AlwaysIELTS will not intervene in disputes between students and test centers regarding feedback services or test administration unless both parties request mediation.
3.3 Test Center Verification
- AlwaysIELTS will verify the credibility, infrastructure, and quality of test centers before listing them on the platform.
- AlwaysIELTS reserves the right to remove or suspend test centers that fail to meet the platform’s standards or violate this policy.
3.4 Data Privacy and Security
- AlwaysIELTS will ensure the privacy and security of student data in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
- Student data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent, except as required for the administration of mock tests.
3.5 Transparency
