You are going away to travel for the summer. A friend will be looking after your house while you are away.

Dear Ram,

I am writing to inform you that this summer I will be on a business trip to Australia, and therefore, I need your help in looking after my house for a period of 15 days.

I have been asked by my organisation to meet my client in Brisbane and understand key business requirements of theirs. Therefore, on 25th May, I will be flying to Australia and will be returning on 10th June.

As you must be knowing, I am currently staying in a 2 bedroom-apartment at Indiranagar, Bangalore that has an attached balcony in the living room. Moreover, I have a pet-dog who is dependent on me as I stay alone there.

I am requesting you to step into my home for those 15 days and take care of Bruno, my pet. The food that he eats is available at the shop opposite the house.  In addition to that, the domestic help arrives every morning at 8 and she will help you with your meals, as well as keeping the house clean. In case you step out of the house at that time, you can handover the keys to the security guard for her to enter the house.
